What I wish was different
I wish there had been more opportunities for cross-training in different roles. Additional breaks during longer shifts would have been beneficial for maintaining energy and focus.
Advice

What I liked
I really like the experience I’ve been gaining as well as the insight into office life. I also like the fact that this internship made me feel certain I picked the right concentration, which is a huge plus!
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish would have been different is that I would have wanted to start this internship earlier in the summer to have more of a head start before the school year.
Advice
I would like to advise people still on the hunt for internships not to give up! This experience is extremely important, and an internship goes a long way on a resume.

What I liked
I liked that even though it was a new company they still gave me the same pay as when I worked for Spartan Eats.

I wished that they had taken there time in the process of changing everything, it all happen way too fast which made it difficult to adjust.
Advice
My experience with Chartwells has been challenging in the sense that they were demanding so many changes at once when they should have done things in a more timely manner.

I wish it had been more organized in what I had to do- I just ran errands and did whatever people needed me to do without any clear objective. Also, the company had many policies and strange rules that they didn't explain why they were there.
