Onsite Technology Support

Onsite Technology Supports ensure customers receive prompt and efficient technical support of commercial A/V systems. Provide client support to end users in the operation and configuration of videoconferencing systems. Handle and respond to inbound phone calls, email inquiries, and escalations. Participate in onsite technical troubleshooting. Participate as needed in prescribed training curricula. Follow up on open issues with escalation groups to provide feedback to customer.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or technical customer support work experience
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and with team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Punctual and polished in corporate setting
  • Efficient troubleshooting skills
  • Basic PC skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
