Contracts Management Leadership Associate

Program Overview:

As a Contracts Management Leadership Associate, you'll embark on a two-year journey through our Leadership Development Rotational Program. You'll get hands-on experience, work with seasoned professionals. This is your chance to impact Profitable Growth, Financial Performance, Customer Service, and Empowered Employees—all while maintaining the highest degree of customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our Contracts Management team across various Parker plants/divisions.
  • Enhance processes and procedures, develop leadership skills, and build broad business acumen.
  • Learn and apply quality and lean concepts to optimize operations.
  • Work on independent projects and support other managers and engineers.
  • Travel to Parker’s HQ in Cleveland, Ohio for invaluable program reviews and personal development sessions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Contract Management.
  • Seniors or recent grads with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Individuals with a solid understanding of contract management concepts, preferably with relevant internship/co-op experience.
  • Analytical thinkers with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and project management experience.
  • Must be tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft applications.
  • Ready to relocate and travel as part of the program.
