Leading the charge for the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) overall vision for technology-enabled innovation and transformation, including detailed strategies to drive operational and cultural change within and across HHS policies and programs. This Senior Executive will be responsible for supervising three newly established divisions within ASTP/ONC.
