The role of a Warehouse Technician (Stagehand) is integral to the seamless execution of live performances and events, operating behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect of the production runs smoothly. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from warehouse duties and equipment maintenance to setting up the stage and equipment before an event, managing quick changes and technical adjustments during performances, and finally, breaking down the set once the show concludes. Their expertise in handling props, scenery, lighting, sound and video equipment is essential for the timely and efficient execution of live events, making them an indispensable part of the production team. Be ready for a high paced, repetitive role that is crucial to a successful company.

Application Requirements

18-24 years old

San Diego County resident

Must be able to commute to Vista Monday-Friday

Be available for a minimum 6 months

Be available for full-time work

Demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely

Strong interest in Music Production, Music Audio and Technical coordination, Live Music
