Pharmaceutical Program Consultant - Exam Bulletin

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS/Department) would like to share with you about our upcoming Pharmaceutical Program Consultant exam that closes on 8/2/2024.

Positions at this level serve as the chief pharmaceutical consultant (see hyperlink for qualifications) within the Department’s major programs. This role involves providing professional advice to executive staff and other agencies relating to the scope and quality of pharmaceutical benefits and/or services, developing, and refining pharmaceutical policies, and interpreting relevant legislation relating to the scope of medical benefits and/or services.
