What We're Looking For…

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and maximizing skills.
  • Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Very proficient teaching EMR software systems
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

 

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

 

Work Environment:

  • Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
  • Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
  • Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
