About the Position:

Under the direction of the Deputy Division Chief of Administration (2070 Program), a Staff Services Manager III (Supervisor), the incumbent, a Staff Services Manager II (Supervisor), serves as the Chief of the Office of Talent Management.

The incumbent independently plans, organizes, directs, and administers the primary functions of the Office of Talent Management. In this position, the Office Chief leads, manages, and oversees the Learning & Development Services Branch and the Career Development & Succession Planning Branch to 1) ensure the development of a customer-service oriented workforce, and 2) to support the division’s training and professional development needs, in promoting the advancement of a highly-skilled workforce and leaders.
