About the Position:

Under the direction of the Chief, Operations Support and Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Coordination Branch, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst serves as the JPA Liaison in performing a variety of work tasks associated with the JPA and Intercity Rail Corridors, including oversight, data analysis and reporting of the Intercity Rail operations. The incumbent monitors JPA activities to ensure they are consistent with the goals of the State Rail Plan and the Inter-agency transfer agreements; participates in network integration activities; performs data analysis and reporting; and serves as a lead staff representative for an assigned corridor. Up to 20% travel and occasional overtime may be required.
