Summer Internship: Gaming Product Compliance Team
The Product Compliance Intern will collaborate with multiple internal teams to gather key components to submit our Electronic Table Game products to Independent/Regulatory test labs to obtain product approvals for US/International Markets based on business needs.
In addition to collaborating internally the Product Compliance Team serves as the point of contact for Independent Test Labs and Regulators for any field concerns, submission questions, testing support, and/or troubleshooting. Product Compliance maintains an internal database and reports to relevant stakeholders the status of historical data, active submissions, and product approvals.
The Intern will work with the Game Product Compliance team and will:
- Review, organize, and manage large amounts of data effectively
- Efficiently navigate through internal databases
- Accurately input data into databases
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Work with internal teams and seek additional information where needed
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required
Essential Skills:
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, and Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
