Analyst - Minecraft Server Moderator
Job Description
As a part of my3Twelve team, you will have an opportunity to advocate compliance and work with our clients to deliver experiences that meet the needs of our customers. My3Twelve is seeking someone who will help support enforcement within the Minecraft Java server ecosystem and have an aptitude for completing business forms for leadership to review. As a Minecraft Server Moderator, you will be coordinating end-to-end reviews of 3rd party servers, flag server owners and coordinating guideline updates with appropriate teams. This role requires active participation in community discussions by observing and gathering information. An ideal candidate has experience in project management and server moderation knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Server Investigation – Investigate reported servers for guideline compliance
- Server Moderation and Enforcement – Block servers based on investigations and reports
- Server Review Requests – Triage server unblock appeals based on server guideline compliance
- Provide regular status reports on the current workload and triage process of servers
- Triage server requests and identify duplicate server reports
- Document scenarios and triaged servers to reduce ambiguity, increase consistency, and expand the server triage playbook
Qualifications
- Experience in Minecraft server moderation – preferably in Java
- Knowledge and understanding of the Minecraft Java Server Ecosystem
- Experience in project management
- Ability to write detailed technical process guides and guideline application
- Experience interpreting and applying community guidelines
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in corporate and customer service style communication

- Ability to handle and prioritize large volumes of work independently
