Financial Analyst

Lan Global Inc. specializes in providing general third-party logistics services, enterprise mobility services, and renewed phone recycling, resale, and repair. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our experienced and dynamic team. 

 

Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with bookkeeper to ensure that financial and transactional data is logged into ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare detailed billing reports to support invoices sent to Customers for services rendered by Company.
  • Maintain relationships and communication with outside Vendors & Customers regarding outstanding bills & invoices, payment due dates, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis on variances and trends.
  • Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Sufficient understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
