Loan Funding Coordinator

Pay Range

The full pay range is $19.73-$29.59/hourly. Depending on experience and qualifications.

 

We offer a bilingual differential for employees who can assist our members' financial needs in a second language. Proficiency is subject to passing a standardized verbal assessment. Currently approved languages are Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

We are seeking a Loan Funding Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for the processing, auditing & funding of home equity and indirect loan products while following establish guidelines, policies and procedures.

Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

  • Audits, funds, and boards consumer loan products in accordance with established guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Reviews new contracts for completeness and accuracy of documentation provided, as well as accuracy of pricing in accordance with pricing matrices.
  • Effectively communicates with branches, processing, closing and other departments regarding all conditions needed for loans to be funded.
  • Monitors, processes, and responds to incoming faxes, emails, & loan origination platform messages regarding funding corrections, stipulations, and dealer or branch communication.
  • Monitors lending platform queues for new loan activity.
  • Reports regularly to work and returns from breaks and meal periods on time according to the posted schedule.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School graduate or GED

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S) in a related field
  • 1+ years of consumer lending

All benefits start the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
