Sr. Total Rewards Analyst

This position provides professional level compensation and benefits consultation to support the company and the departments objective to attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees.  Responsible for ensuring high level support of the day-to-day administration of the company’s total rewards programs including benefits, compensation and HRIS support.

 

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in-office at our Scottsdale headquarters.

 

Essential Functions

 

Compensation: Responsible for overseeing and providing consultation for assigned business units supporting the compensation function with job analysis, job descriptions, collaboration with the People Team members on compensation related recommendations including offers.  Provide high level support and problem solving with compensation projects as needed, including year-end performance and compensation cycle, and support in the administration of Sales Incentive, other short and long-term incentive programs.  Completes market analysis, compensation related reporting, analysis and presentations.  Participate in completing compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys. Support the design and deployment of compensation programs. 

 

Benefits Administration:  Responsible for administration of a variety of health and wellness, financial and savings programs, and work-life management programs.  Day-to day administration includes but not limited to HRIS enrollment maintenance, billing reconciliation and timely invoice processing, conducting new hire onboarding and benefits orientation, wellness program, tuition reimbursement, and scholarship program.  Respond to employee questions, research inquiries and coordinate with providers to resolve concerns.  Participates in the annual renewal, open enrollment process and new benefit plan implementations.

 

HR Systems and Support:  Support the People team with HR system records maintenance and processing including initiating and maintaining HR system transactions such as onboarding transactions (including I-9’s), change-of-status, benefits, terminations, etc.  Escalate transactions or issues to ensure timely completion, as needed.  Diagnose and problem solve transactions or HR system related issues, as needed.  Maintain employee files and records in accordance with records retention policies.

 

Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting:  Support ongoing projects and initiatives that are aligned to the broader goals and priorities of the People function intended to optimize People processes and technology.  Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to support the total rewards function.  Collaborates with the Total Rewards team on the creation of educational materials and conduct presentations on benefits, compensation or HR systems and processes.  Responsible for the maintenance of the HR SharePoint site.

Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and assures timeliness and accuracy of required filings and payments.

Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or experience typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 or more years of related experience in compensation, benefits or HR Generalist capacity.

Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and good excel/spreadsheet skills.

Good consultation skills and ability to educate and inform leaders and recruiting about compensation principles.

Ability to independently research and analyze various types of data, information and reports and make related business decisions.

Knowledge of benefit and wellness principles, practices and related legal requirements.

Demonstrated professionalism and sensitivity and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal, and presentation skills.

Good process management, planning and organizational skills.  Strong ability to problem solve and provide actionable solutions.

High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.

Background and drug screen.
