Maintenance & Grounds Technician
Do you have experience with commercial building maintenance? Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have experience with snow removal and lawn care equipment? Join us! The City of Eau Claire Housing Authority is seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Technician. The Maintenance & Grounds Technician performs ground care, maintenance and janitorial service for Park Tower Apartments, consisting of 122 units.
Requirements:
- Must possess or obtain (within 30 days of hire) and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge and experience with commercial building maintenance
- Experience with basic functions of a work truck and the ability to handle the functions of driving with a single axel equipment trailer attached
- Experience with snow removal and lawn care equipment, including a snow plow attached to work truck
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
Wage Range: $19.99 - $23.18 per hour, plus excellent fringe benefits!
