About the Position:

Under the general direction of the South Area Construction Manager (a Supervising Transportation Engineer), the incumbent provides Contract Administration Support reviews and processes various contract administration to ensure compliance with current policies and procedures and helps field field construction personnel as required. Responsible for implementing North Region Construction (NRC) change order quality control plans. Advise and train construction personnel on contract change order administration processes and procedures; develop and prepare regional change order guides base on the Construction's HQ change order quality control plan. A Professional Engineering License (Civil) is required.
