Systems Analyst – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

 

As our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business and data processing systems related to our member relationship management platforms. You will implement new features or processes, address any issues with the systems, and ensure communication between various departments of the credit union. The CRM Systems Analyst is also responsible for coordinating CRM projects with management, users, IT staff, and vendors to ensure proper project implementation.  Support of internal clients is a key component of this role to facilitate analysis of requirements, procedures, and problems to add value to current processes. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions that enhance member engagement, drive growth, and improve overall service quality. This role requires strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM systems administration or a similar role within the financial industry, credit union is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to banking and data security.
  • Working experience with testing as part of product development and quality assurance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database and/or Oracle Databases.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and work with employees at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and directed, working independently with general supervision.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage projects and appropriately manage vendor relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
