Customer Service/Lounge Staff

Title: Customer Service/Lounge Staff (Temp position)

Location: Honolulu, HI

Work Hour: 9:30am to 8:30pm (7 hours/Day: Shift system in Morning & Evening)

Salary : $18-$21(DOE)

Interview: 4/22, 4/23 (Requires to be onsite in HI)

 

Job Descriptions:

•            Greets customers (cardholders) visiting the lounge and provides customer service assistance to cardholders about account inquiries, account information/status changes, product information, etc.

• In charge of operations of the lounge (restocking supplies, preparing beverages, cleaning, etc.).

• Reception and guidance for various rental services (strollers, umbrellas, portable chargers, etc.).

•           Handle cardholder's inquiries (lost or stolen cards, immediate reissuance, card usage instructions, international insurance, and others).

•            Perform back-office duties related to lounge operations such as inventory control and data entry.

•            Preparation before/after lounge operations (cleaning, tidying up, restocking supplies, etc.).

 

Qualifications:

•            Expert-level Japanese skills (Speak/Read/Write)

•            Previous experience for Japanese companies preferred but not required

•            Previous customer service experience highly preferred (travel industry, concierge, etc.)

•            Able to work on weekends and holidays (shift schedule)

•            Able to work at both Ala Moana and Waikiki locations.

•            Able to work full-time (5days/week)

•            A positive mind set and strong passion for success.

•            A basic understanding of the company’s Philosophy.
