
Assessment and Succession Consulting Intern

The Consulting Intern will partner with senior leadership to streamline and develop content, in partnership with the Korn Ferry Institute and our Assessment & Success practice. They will participate in researching and sourcing material based on a competency library, as well as writing and editing job aides and process documents. This is a 10-week long summer internship that runs from June 10th - August 16th. It is in Minneapolis, MN and the selected candidate will work a 40 hour / week hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support internal initiatives and move them forward.
- Contribute to project management activities, and create internal-facing deliverables.
- Track on project deliverables, document progress and compile project summary.
- Participate in meetings, taking notes and tracking on action items.
- Data gathering, early-stage analysis and creating high-level themes.
- Help solution leaders gather, collate, and publish a variety of content onto our intranet site.
- Some light writing and editing may be required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to successfully manage academics with extracurricular activities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills – clear writing and articulate verbal communications
- Some research experience
- Ability to write and draw on key themes from sources and research
- Proactive and self-motivated
EDUCATION
- Students who are tracking towards a 3.0 GPA or above and who are graduating in the Spring of 2025 are eligible to apply to our internship program. Students who have begun their master's program in an HR-related field is highly desired.
