Job Title: Creative Media Intern (2-3 days/ week)

The Creative Media Internship at the Kudelski Group provides a unique educational opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in corporate video production. Under the guidance of the Video Production Manager, the intern will delve into pre-production planning, scripting, shooting, editing, basic animating, and other post-production tasks. The intern will hone skills and gain understanding of the technical, creative, and strategic aspects of video production in a corporate setting.

The intern will work on a wide range of internal and external projects and business themes. The NAGRA Kudelski Group is a global organization that spans from digital security in the media and entertainment industry to pureplay cybersecurity. The intern will learn how to quickly grasp these technologies and find the story that communicates objectives in an engaging, fresh, and crisp way.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on a variety of internal and external video and graphic projects.
• Develop content creation skills across multiple delivery channels including social media, websites, and digital campaign tools.
• Gain expertise in talent direction, lighting, camera operation, audio recording, media management, editing, color grading, sound design, motion design, review, finishing, and delivery.
• Learn to balance working creatively within the confines of brand guidelines and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in NLE software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of videography fundamentals including lighting, framing, balance, and exposure.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities to create visually engaging content.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
