Chemical Engineering Intern

SUMMARY:   Assist with Chemical and Engineering operations  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Update plant equipment list/drawings (with ME Intern)
  • Daily production manufacturing
  • Production Optimization
  • Nickel Carbonate Production research
  • Assist with design layout and containment construction of future plant expansion
  • Assist with installation, Automation and control systems for miscellaneous Manufacturing projects

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Enrolled in Chemical Engineering program at sophomore or junior level
  • Chemical production experience a plus
  • Hands-on capability (hand tools use)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
