Continued focus on peer-to-peer connections role & providing exceptional customer service & experiences. Key players on recruitment team- they are the student-voice and can share their unique experiences unlike anyone else on our team. They are ambassadors for our university and our credibility. We need to leverage their strengths and also define their role so they are not acting in an admission counselor capacity, but rather enhancing their peer-to-peer role.

 

Rebel Recruiter Primary Responsibilities (in-person)

  • Give campus tours - Hosting families for all tour types- regular, group, VIP, Discover, Admitted Student Fridays, Transfer Thursdays, etc.
  • Front Desk Operations - Greet guests and mingle, share student experience, and provide guests with water/snacks and a tour bag.
  • Answer phones
  • Event Staffing- Staff specialty visits and events- may be check-in, tours, panel, etc. Supervisors must provide all required/save the date events for the term.
  • Special Projects/Event Prep
  • Other duties as assigned (making tour bags, helping Admission Counselors, etc.)
