We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to join our engaged and incredibly talented team. The Emergency Services Area Manager is a vital member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Division Director or Assistant Director. Leading the day-to-day operation, including case consultation and supervision of crisis intervention specialists, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care throughout your region – making an impact on your staff, our clients and the community!

To be considered, you will need:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and VT licensure required (LCMHC, LADC, or LICSW)
- Experience working with individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
- QMHP designation preferred; onsite training offered
