Sales Summer Internship
OneTier's 2024 12-week Summer Internship Program is seeking curious, energetic and outgoing students interested in a career in technology Sales. Participants will be trained to become a Solution Consultant (SC) who will engage with prospects to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through a blend of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies. The efforts of an SC create cross-functional alignment with the larger Sales organization to build a consistent number of opportunities that provide a predictable and scalable pipeline for OneTier's revenue growth.
The core elements of the SC role
- Being able to identify, qualify and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound and inbound techniques. Taking time to diligently research companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other research tools available.
- Gathering key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy.
- Work closely with our field Sales team and the Marketing team to focus on targeted customers and qualify an opportunity.
