We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our expanding team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with an agent that will help clients achieve their real estate goals. Your primary responsibility will be to generate, nurture and convert leads into clients.  Not only is lead generation useful for real estate but lead generation is the foundation for any area of business .

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their real estate needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Actively follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build relationships and keep clients engaged throughout the sales process.
  3. Work closely with our team of real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  4. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  1. No real estate experience necessary.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  3. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
