Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be working with a small team committed to helping kids learn and thrive. We are currently looking for ambitious, passionate, smart and experienced professionals to join this team. The Behavior Analyst is an integral part of the organization and of our efforts to use only empirically based treatment with clients. This position is an active, supervisory position supporting our children and young adults on the autism spectrum or related behavior mental health disorders. The BCBA position is full time center-based position, typically 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. 

What is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)?  
  • BCBA position requires a self-motivated, organized, and strong demeanor individual. 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • The ability to multitask 
  • The Behavior Analyst works directly with center-based staff and clients of all ages. 
  • Implements the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis 
  • Conducting functional assessments and analyses 
  • Trained in Professional Crisis Management 
  • Creating and training staff on behavior plans 
  • BCBA works under the direct supervision of the Chief Behavior Analyst, the BCBA will follow all regulations and requirements to ensure the highest quality of treatment is provided.  
  • Conducts parent and staff trainings 
  • Supervises staff to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) 
  • Supplies supervision and training weekly to allow staff to improve behavioral objectives and skills of clients. 

Pay: 
  • The Initial pay will range based on your education and experience.

Requirements: 
  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field; possess the credentials of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Must have prior experience in the field of behavior analysis 
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
