Brand Ambassador

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring friendly, professional, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to meet new customers, and develop relationships with sales prospects! Brand Ambassador will walk through neighborhoods delivering material and educating potential customers about Goettl products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make contact with potential customer through door-knocking technique.
  • Develop sales opportunities via cold calls.
  • Educate homeowners about Goettl products and services within your assigned area.
  • Listen to the clients' needs and provide information real time using provided brochures, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for interested homeowners.
  • Keep in constant contact with potential leads to maintain relationships.
  • Update Goettl database with new leads, contact information, and qualifying criteria.
  • Clearly communicate service and product descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions.
  • Attend home shows and conventions as needed.
  • Representing Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing to potential and current customers.

Pay: $16 an hour plus commission based on sales

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 or over.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.  (Preferred)
  • Must be available to work on weekends as needed for home shows and conventions.
  • Must be able to travel/fly as needed for home shows and conventions.
  • Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Skilled in professional interactions with customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain records.
  • Ability to demonstrate highly-ethical behavior and good judgment at all times.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

Continual walking, standing, and lifting and carrying. Requires local travel. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these position specific essential functions. Must be able to work outside during all seasons.

Salary Description

$16/hr. plus commission based on sales
