$52,018 Guaranteed Basic Income + Commission – can expect to earn between $65k - $75k in your first year

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, you will be working in a sales role and can expect the following to be part of your day to day:

• You will be a full-desk recruiter which means you are responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish
• This means you will be doing cold outreach and business development to build new client relationships with a variety of hiring managers at companies that need support in hiring specialized talent for their teams and then sourcing and placing the best candidates for the roles
• You will develop candidate and client relationships through various means such as cold calling, headhunting, networking, etc., and will provide a high level of service and expertise in the market to become their go-to recruiter
• You will be working in a highly productive sales environment and will be expected to consistently hit targets that have been set out for you

About You

To be a Recruitment Consultant, your degree can be from any major or discipline.
