Service Associate- P&C Service
- Handles inbound calls and follow up about Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/ inquiries.
- Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders to assist with P&C que3stions.
- Provides education on P&C products, Paychex policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the PIA
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of Paychex products
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
