Entertainment Live Streaming Operation

Responsibilities: 

1. Recruiting hosts: Responsible for recruiting offline in-house hosts, screening potential and distinctive LIVE talents. 

2. LIVE Planning and Operation: Planning and operating LIVE content for in-house hosts, ensuring content quality and audience experience, responsible for daily monitoring, and adjusting LIVE strategies in a timely manner. 

3. Host cultivation: Incubate and cultivate the LIVE habits and account content of offline hosts, help hosts improve performance and attract audiences. 

 

Job requirements: 

1. Have a strong interest in the LIVE entertainment industry, fluent in English, able to communicate and exchange with US hosts. 

2. Work diligently and reliably, pay attention to details, and have strong execution ability. 

3. Those with relevant work or internship experience are preferred.
