Requirements:
- Strong analytical, financial, and business communication skills; solid working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial environment where you can play a critical role in the on-going growth of a prestigious national firm;
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
- Hotel operations experience;
- Preference given to those with a curriculum focus in Hospitality or Real Estate Finance
Responsibilities:
Assist brokerage analysts in preparing Brokers Opinions of Value (BOV), proforma DCF analyses, and research along with client pitch decks and marketing material such as Investment Offering Memorandums (IOM).
Term: 2024 – Spring and Summer Internship Available
Compensation: This is a paid internship. Interns will be hired as an independent contractor at $20 per hour.
