Residential Services Program Coordinator

Riverside Community Care has an excellent growth opportunity for someone with entry level management experience looking to further their career path while assisting individuals with ID/DD and brain injuries to live fulfilling lives in the community. This position oversees two community based residential programs and assists the residential program director with the overall management of a cluster of six residential programs as needed.

 

Our residential programs provide a framework from which to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and gain opportunities from becoming part of their community.  Our dedicated staff creates a safe, warm environment and supports the residents in participating in community activities, providing transportation to medical appointments, managing their finances, and much more!

 

 

Comprehensive orientation and training is provided.

 

  

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate to, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required


 

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities 
     
  • Three years related experience including at least and one year in residential services
