Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst in the Department of Developmental Disabilities in the Somerville area!

 

The BCBA provides direct applied behavioral analysis, clinical behavioral assessment, intervention development, and intervention evaluation for adults with developmental disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition, the BCBA participates in the development of service plans with individual, including periodic reviews of treatment plan.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-5p

Required Skills

  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle

 


 

Required Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Social Work, Psychology, Education or Counseling required
  • At least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
  • Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and car
