Manager

Buck & Rider is hiring very dynamic Manager to join our team! The Manager role will have a primary responsibility over the restaurant. This role will help ensure the first impression of the restaurant and is responsible for Managing and executing all front of house functions. You will hire, supervise and facilitate all Maitre’ D training.


 

Buck & Rider prides ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients, our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from framers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. We fly our fish and seafood direct to our restaurants daily. We can’t wait to bring this tastiness to North Scottsdale and Gilbert in additional to our Arcadia location. 

 


Day in the Life: 

  • Become proficient enough to take the lead role in the front of the house 
  • Train, coach, develop and mentor the host stand
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management 
  • Help manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times 
  • Promote a strong positive culture 
  • Become system matter expert for reservation system, open table
  • Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction 
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
