Recruiter

Atmosfy is looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support and grow Atmosfy's recruiting. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to take on projects and direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and strive to continually learn and grow your digital marketing skills. The role will support the team's efforts on acquisition campaigns, with special focus on affiliate and mobile acquisition marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions according to established criteria
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring records and employment databases
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings
  • Partner with the HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and plans
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Serve up a high-touch candidate experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience either agency or in-house
  • Process-driven and proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
  • Experience handling multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, team-oriented, and ability to contribute to an inclusive work environment
  • Ability to pick up new ATS systems, tools, and technology (e.g)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Atmosfy Brand
