Program Assistant and Student Advisor
At each EXPLO campus, we essentially build and run an entire boarding school in a matter of weeks. To get it all done, we need a team of people to take charge of different projects and tasks on campus. Program Assistants do a little bit of everything on campus to keep things running smoothly. They may also have a particular focus such as staff scheduling, athletics, or student life support. Program Assistants play a big role in building campus communities and making connections with students by facilitating incredible programming experiences and supporting our students in every way. They also serve as Advisors for a group of students to ensure their safety and well-being during their time at EXPLO.
