Job Summary
The Neighborhood House Human Resources team takes an employee centric approach that is focused on employee needs, employee engagement, transparency, and overall employee well-being in support of the agency’s mission and values. Under the direction of the HR Supervisor, the Human Resources (HR) Partner will serve as the primary liaison to one of our two large program departments, Child Development (CD) and Education & Community Services (ECS), for all stages of the employee life cycle. These areas include recruitment, leave and accommodation process, L&I and unemployment claims processing, employee records, training and development support, performance feedback, employee relations, employee investigations, and separations. This position will closely partner with other technical HR positions for further support and will act as the main point of contact on all areas of HR providing support and partnership on anything that arises. This position will also provide backup as needed to other HR staff members and the HR Supervisor in other HR functional such as employee orientations, credential tracking, employee training, and other duties as needed.
