Minimum 10 years Experience of business analysis and documenting Business Processes, Gap Analysis, As-Is and To-Be Analysis, and Business Process improvements.
Responsible for the writing and maintenance of documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, testing materials, training materials
Analyze business requirements and segregate them into Use Cases and activity diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
Create and analyze documentation to log technical and functional requirements documentation for business cases and work on SDLC/Agile methodology.
Perform Gap Analysis, Data mapping, logical data modeling and use SQL queries.
Assist the product owners and stakeholders with the definition of the requirements and translated them into epics and user stories for the development teams.
Utilize JIRA to manage the project's user stories and use MS Visio or similar software to create various Sequence-Flow or Work-Flow diagrams for existing and projected Decision
Design and review of various documents including the Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business requirements document (BRD), Use Case Specifications, Functional Specifications (FSD), Systems Design Specification (SDS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Cases and other testing documents.
