Occupational Therapist

Fraser is an outpatient clinic working with an incredibly diverse population and strive to help under-served people throughout the twin cities!
 

We are Minnesota's oldest and most experienced provider of childhood mental health services.

Here you will help Fraser's clients with a variety of goals from fine motors skills to sensory support, or basic living skills. Compensation:

  • $65,000-$75,000 - salaried
  • Fraser practices Internal Equity and all pay is dependent on qualifications

Available Locations & Schedules:

  • Monday through Friday between 8am-6pm
  • Brooklyn Center
  • Minneapolis
  • Coon Rapids
  • Richfield
  • Woodbury

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals. 
  • Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order. 
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress. 
  • Maintain clean equipment in good repair. 
  • Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered. 
  • Communicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members. 
  • Schedule and provide clinical services and documentation in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted client service hour targets.
  • Meet and carry out physical requirements of job.
  • Find new ways to be even more meaningful, effective and efficient for our families, staff and partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in discipline as required by license or governing board
  • Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check
