Position Summary:
The RN Residency is for new graduate RNs, experienced RNs wishing to transition to the hospital setting, as well as hospital nurses desiring to change specialty areas. The program is a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours with preceptors who are experts in their fields. At the conclusion of the Residency, RNs will feel confident in providing the quality patient care our patients require and deserve.

Program Structure:
- 12-Month Program - Focus on evidence-based supportive learning
- Training - Specialized training for department-specific items
- Professional Development - Dedicated specialty-specific nursing professional development team for every nurse residency specialty
- Preceptors & Mentorship - Specially prepared preceptors and mentorship program
- Evidence-Based Project - Culminates in a group evidence-based project and presentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
- BSN required after 3 years of employment
- Current WA state RN license
- Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification
Salary:
Min $34.41 - Max $72.21 depending on location
