We’re looking for someone who’s great at nurturing relationships through authentic connections. This role would be a struggle for someone who doesn’t like to initiate conversation. This person will be integral in helping us find clients who need the tools Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) can provide.
The fast pace at ITS will prove challenging, yet incredibly rewarding as you connect patients to our life-changing solutions in real time. ABOUT ITS:
Patient families often have to drive to what feels like countless separate appointments in multiple locations to get their neurodivergent child all the therapies they need. That’s why it’s our privilege at Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) to provide a one-stop, fully customized solution. Families and children are equipped with the tools and therapies needed to make progress together. That’s why we offer a supportive, empowering, and FUN environment with our team of compassionate professionals.
At ITS, families get the empathetic community and customized support needed to unleash the full potential of their children.
Our team enjoys flexible scheduling by operating Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturdays by appointment only. We are fully dedicated to our purpose-driven mission. We do this by collaborating with courage & grace to serve our patients and their families with integrity.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will have a direct impact on the lives of neurodivergent children and their families by connecting them to our talented ITS staff. You will do this mainly through in-person and online strategies.
This personable, efficient self-starter enjoys:
- Ongoing relationship development through face-to-face meetings.
- Establishing ITS as a content leader in the community.
- Developing content for posting on Social Media such as the ITS Blog, newsletter etc.
- Identifying all potential pediatric community resources in target areas.
- Attending and promoting Expos/Charitable Walks.
- Identifying, reporting, and repairing any harmed relationship.
ITS believes in community, empathy, compassion, and advocacy. This translates into hands-on training and coaching from the staff as you support the Marketing Manager, relationships with potential clients, and the community.
Your schedule will be in-office during our flexible operating hours of 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday, or by appointment only on Saturdays.
