Operations Specialist ACM - Flexible Location

Flexible to any AgCountry branch location (MN, ND, WI) for the right candidate. Ability to accommodate a hybrid schedule, with days worked in office and from home. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Establishes, monitors, and maintains large, and sometimes complex loans in technology platforms and related software. Initiates effective communication with various AgCountry departments, Farm Credit associations, and outside financial institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of loans including participations. Collaborates with our internal accounting department and FPI support in setting up loans within our systems.
  • Processes loans, renewals, and servicing requests, with related documents, in compliance with policies and procedures. Maintains accurate and up-to-date files. Monitors for compliance within systems, and facilitates any corrections needed within the accounting system.
  • Performs funding and receipt of funds process, and monitors transactions on agribusiness accounts, ensuring compliance to loan and/or participation agreements. Ensures master and sold records are accurate, in balance, and properly communicated to participants.
  • Keeps abreast of developments in the areas of participations, syndications, letters of credit and core agribusiness loan knowledge and practices, application of technology, funding requirements and processes corresponding to participation agreements to assure compliance and limit risk to association.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains strong customer relationships by providing quality service which is timely thorough and responsive to all customers and contacts.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree or related business experience.
  • 1 to 5 years of administrative experience in a lending environment or equivalent. Experience dealing with larger, more complex participations and agribusiness loans preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to utilize office machines, computer technology and a wide variety of software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and solid oral and written communication skills.
