Supply Chain Project Engineer 2023 - Austin, TX
Lutron is seeking Supply Chain Engineers for our Austin, TX location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and drive the supply chain for consumer products that will end up directly in the hands of our end users. As a key part of our operations team, you will collaborate with departments across the company, exposing you to a variety of experts who will help you to develop your skills and aid in your professional development. By applying industry best practices to our Supply Chain function, your contributions will help to maintain our market position as the world leader in smart lighting and shading systems.
There are a variety of teams throughout the product lifecycle that you could join from day one. Responsibilities of these positions include:
- Raw material supply chain design for new product introduction
- Finished Good Operations development for new product introduction
- Global process Improvement
- Supplier quality and relationship management
- Product cost management
- Inventory and production planning
- Delivery performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years’ experience in a related field
