Job Summary
- TNT Fireworks of East Ridge Tennessee is a retail store that sells consumer legal fireworks to the general public.
- This store is open year round; year round Part-Time position a Maximum of 16 hours a week off season with more available during season is available for immediate employment.
- Must be available weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays. Must also have flexibility in scheduling.
- Opens and closes store (carries keys to the operation).
- Works alone most of the days.
- Serves customers by selling consumer legal fireworks & supervising staff. NO previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, pricing, merchandising, marketing and customer relationship.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receiving & stocking merchandise, selling customers fireworks by explaining effects, entering their purchases in point of sale and collecting money.
- Establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Collects customer name and address information from every customer.
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Out-going Personality, Customer Oriented, Product Knowledge (we train you), Able to build Customer Relationships, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication, Computer basics, Reliable, Punctual, and Hard Working.
Must have reliable transportation
