Entry Level Systems Analyst

Quality, Performance & Improvement (QPI) – Project Management Services (PMS) is a fast-paced and highly visible organization that ensures NNL’s position for long-term growth and success by providing support services to the lines of business. Chartered to maintain and improve Primavera functionality and implement new Portfolio Management software across NNL, the PMS unit is seeking a Functional Administrator. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
o   Perform enterprise-wide user account administration of Primavera P6 and future Portfolio Management software (likely Sciforma) which will include controlling access and permissions of users.
o   Work with local project administrators to ensure enterprise governance is applied consistently.
o   Provide an interface between Information Technology and the applications’ user community to implement and maintain applications, infrastructure and compliance systems necessary to protect information.
o   Interact with the Procurement Department and vendors to purchase licenses and secure support contracts to help maintain the back-end architecture.
o   Provide consultation to the applications’ user community and write functional requirements regarding the specification, design, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information technology-related processes and systems.
o   Troubleshoot issues and respond to user inquires.
o   Deliver User Training through vendor classes and in-house development.
o   Analyze production system data and generate reports.
o   Write and follow standard operating procedures.
o   Represent the applications’ user community on cross-organizational teams established to ensure enterprise business support.
o   Coordinate and manage integrations with other enterprise-wide business applications.
o   Mentor less experienced individuals and groups to develop and enhance their skills.
o   In addition to Primavera and Portfolio Management software, provide license maintenance and support for additional project management tools as needed.
 
Required Skills *

Associate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Intermediate:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience; or
  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year relevant experience 

Preferred Skills

o   Demonstrated experience performing administration functions within Primavera P6 such as creating user accounts, creating & setting permission levels, building environments, and setting up enterprise data.
o   Experience with Oracle database administration
o   Experience with creating and maintaining schedules in Primavera
o   Experience with Sciforma or similar Project and Portfolio Management software 
o   Experience in developing and delivering training
o   Experience in software license management
o   Experience with Cloud-hosted application and FedRAMP government security authorization
o   Proficiency with Microsoft applications including MS Project and SharePoint
