About the Role 
Activates strategic campaigns to build new prospects and subscriptions for KUB Fiber’s products. Spends time both in the office and on customer sites, working closely with the Marketing team to bring awareness of new products to eligible KUB customers through community and neighborhood events. Works with owners and tenants of multi-dwelling units to find internet, TV, and phone solutions. Utilizes data management systems to create plans for localized outreach and tracks success of campaigns. Researches sales statistics to establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area and responds to customer inquiries.

Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, etc.
● Must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively on projects in a timely manner
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong computer skills
● Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Preferred Requirements
● Three (3)+ years of experience in a sales environment
● Must have interpersonal skills for strong relationship-building
● Must have ability to build product knowledge and clearly convey product benefits
● Must be driven to help customers find solutions related to in-home internet, TV, and phone services
● Strong computer skills for analyzing data, including reporting and querying information to assist with business decisions (MS Excel, PowerBI, statistical software, etc.)
