Job Summary
The Analytics Team is seeking a motivated Co-Op pursuing a MS degree in Statistics, Math, IS, Analytics, or Data Science to develop reports and dashboards which drive enhanced business outcomes for Skyworks. Areas of focus will primarily Demand Planning.
Job Description
This Co-Op is designed to help MS candidates develop the skills and experience required to develop/maintain analytics and reports for the business with a focus on Demand Planning. The Analytics Teams provides a broad range of services creating value-add intelligence through data analysis.
Organization
The candidate will be embedded within Analytics Team focused on delivering value to the SCM and Engineering organization.
Job Description
- Currently pursuing an MS Degree candidate in Statistics, Math, IS, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- Graduation date no earlier than June 2023 - we will not consider students who've already graduated or those who graduate before this date
- Able to start the Co-Op in January 2023 and commit for 6 months until June 2023
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong base of IT and data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working with relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent, including deriving data using Structured Query Language (SQL). Exposure to Alteryx a plus
- Knowledge of Statistical forecasting techniques and Algorithmic solutions
- Advanced MS Excel skills
