Physical Therapist (PT) - Kimberly School District Wellness Center

Summary

$2500 sign on bonus
  • Kimberly, WI. School District Wellness Center
  • Part time - 16 hours/week
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 2:00pm-6:00pm, Thursdays 3:00pm - 6:00pm and Fridays 11:00am - 2:00pm
  • Care for School District staff in an Outpatient, Direct Access Clinic. The population would consist of School District employees and family members. No therapy will be provided in the school to students.

Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements Alias Titles PT | Physical Therapist
