About the Role:
This Senior Financial Analyst will work to provide critical business and financial insights to drive significant financial and operational improvements. This role will provide forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis to highlight variances and communicate key drivers to the organization to make better business decisions.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and annual planning processes including collaborating with business partners to create meaningful metrics to track performance to achieve company financial objectives
  • Understand monthly and YTD financial and operational results, including interpretation of results and preparation of presentation materials for management 
  • Provide insights and trends to identify leading indicators to inform business decisions and improve revenue and profitability
  • Responsible for development and improvement of reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Finance and/or Analytic experience preferably in an analytical field or within a retail company’s FP&A group
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting 
  • Strong analytical ability; able to synthesize and design analysis to answer specific business questions
  • Strong financial modeling with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
  • Ability to cope with pressure and changing priorities
