Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Public Transportation Division is currently seeking a Transportation Planning Specialist 1 to serve as the Business Services Planner in Olympia, WA. This position supports WSDOT’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation alternatives to improve livable communities and economic vitality for people and business. The Business Services Planner serves as the helpdesk/first point of contact for the Public Transportation Divisions Grants Management System by responding to grantees inquiries regarding claims and associated and/or required documentation and reports for both capital and operating projects. This position ensures timely processing of claims and supports WSDOT’s DOTtime system as needed.
